Anna Lewis, Ph.D

Dr. Lewis has been a teacher for over 30 years. She is a published author and has written several award-winning papers on diversity and equity. She has traveled extensively and has lived in India, Costa Rica, and Peru where she has studied a variety of meditation practices.  It has been her daily habit and joy for over 20 years and it is her pleasure to share these practices to assist you in releasing anxiety, finding peace, and relaxing into life.
