As a therapist with 12 years of experience, as well as being a mother and an Infant Mental Health Endorsed Family Specialist, I am uniquely positioned to support you with parenting issues at any stage of your children’s development as well as intergenerational relationships and other life stresses. My passion is to help you through an integrated approach that incorporates mind, body, and spirit through psychotherapy, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness-based practices.
